As part of my desire to become healthier and lose weight, I’ve begun a tasty new tradition of always bringing three fruits to the office each day. Here’s a pic of two of my fruits for today, a lovely kiwi and heaping pile of gorgeous plump blueberries.
Kiwi's are incredibly off the charts high in vitamin C (even more than an orange!), fiber, potassium, and a host of other nutrients and just so pretty on top of the dark blueberries! The blueberries are high in vitamin C, manganese, fiber, and vitamin E! Much tastier than a vitamin.
